How It All Started

The FeelMyPaint Story

We didn't plan to become an IT company. We are manufacturers.

Our team develops the FeelMyPaint brand of artist paints. Every day we face the same challenges as other manufacturers: raw material procurement, formula control, warehouse inventory, batches, expiration dates, and the eternal question — "What does this product actually cost?"

While production was small, Excel somehow managed. But as we grew, it became clear: manual accounting no longer works. We started looking for software solutions and quickly encountered two extremes:

We didn't need a spaceship. We needed order.

The Solution

We decided to build our own system for our real needs. Not to sell, but to simplify life for owners, managers, technologists, and workers on the production floor.

We deliberately removed everything unnecessary and kept only what truly matters:

Every Krafte.app feature has been tested in real work at our own production facility in Kraków. If something doesn't work for us — it won't be in your version either.

Simplicity is functionality.

We consciously reject overloaded solutions. You should be able to start working in the system within 15 minutes, not go through two weeks of training.

Fair pricing.

We believe automation should be accessible to craft production, startups, and family businesses.
